An amazing and very loving father built his son, Carter, a Halloween costume that looks like an ice cream art truck. His son Carter has Spina bifida and has to use a wheel chair to get around. This amazing DIY art car costume gives him the freedom to participate in this years Halloween with the other kids on the block.  This little guy has it all down all dressed in a crisp white uniform and ready to serve "Buster's Ice Cream". His Wheel Chair art car is complete with an entire list of ice scream choices and if you watch the video it even has the right ice scream truck music.
